Setting up CPanel Email on Outlook

On PC:

  1. Open Outlook on your PC.
  2. Go to “File” > “Add Account”.
  3. Enter your full email address (e.g., example@yourdomain.com) and click “Connect”.
  4. Enter your email password and click “Connect”.
  5. Outlook will automatically configure your email settings. If prompted, confirm the server settings and click “Connect”.
  6. Once the setup is complete, you can start sending and receiving emails using your CPanel email account in Outlook.

On Mobile:

  1. Open the Outlook app on your mobile device.
  2. Tap on the menu icon (usually three horizontal lines) to open the side menu.
  3. Tap on “Settings” > “Add Account”.
  4. Enter your full email address and tap “Add Account”.
  5. Enter your email password and tap “Sign In”.
  6. Outlook will automatically configure your email settings. If prompted, confirm the server settings and tap “Done”.
  7. Once the setup is complete, you can start sending and receiving emails using your CPanel email account in the Outlook app.
