Brandexe Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing Brandexe for your graphic design, Chatbot development, digital marketing, website design, hosting, and domain registration needs. Please review the following terms and conditions regarding our services:
1. Pricing and Deposits
1.1 Graphic Design Services: Any order above $50 requires a 50% deposit before commencement of work.
1.2 Chatbot Development: A 50% deposit is required before we start development.
1.3 Digital Marketing Services: For the first month, a deposit ranging from 30% to 50% is required, depending on the service chosen.
1.4 Website Designing: A 50% deposit is required before the commencement of work.
1.5 Website Hosting: Hosting fees are billed Monthly, Quarterly or annually. Payments must be made in advance.
1.6 Domain Registration: Domain registration fees are billed annually. Payments must be made in advance.
2. Project Revisions
2.1 Clients are entitled to a reasonable number of revisions within the scope of the agreed-upon project. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1 Clients are responsible for providing clear and timely feedback, as well as any necessary materials or information required for the project.
4. Delivery and Turnaround Times
4.1 Estimated delivery and turnaround times will be provided for each project. However, these times may vary depending on project complexity and client responsiveness.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Upon full payment, all rights to the final deliverables will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6. Termination
6.1 Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement.
7. Disclaimer
7.1 Brandexe makes no guarantees regarding the success or outcomes of the services provided, as these may vary depending on external factors beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Brandexe shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use or inability to use our services.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malawi.
10. Entire Agreement
10.1 These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings.
